The scooter looks quite resistant and well made, a good seller answered all the questions, the equipment seems to meet all the specifications correctly,

*I've updated this review after my experience with customer service I had regarding an electrical issue with the scooter after the first few months of riding it. I originally emailed the manufacturer instead of the seller (whoops). The seller was very responsive and helpful! (Unlike the manufacturer).

This scooter is very fun and comfortable to ride. The tires and suspension do a good job keeping the ride smooth. The speed is more than enough to get around and the range is excellent, even for commuting.

One of the cons would be that it is quite heavy; which is to be expected for the size of motor, battery, and other components. The portability makes up for this, as it folds up conveniently and easily fits in a trunk.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase, despite the technical problem I had. I can't speak for its reliability because of this, but I will try to remember to update this review later when I have more miles on it.

Out of the box this is extremely simple to assemble. Give it an hour or two so it can charge and you're good to go. Don't forget to pump the tires up real good, they're air sealed like a car yo (no tubes).As far as top speed and range it delivers as advertised. Rides smooth not only with the shock absorbers but also with the spring loaded seat post and seat. It comes fully loaded with all the add ons from the turn signals, lighting , and a horn. Again, you're getting this all out of the box. All in all this is a great value even though the price did in fact go up recently. Check Amazon frequently for discounts offered to prime members. Check out my review on the uberscoot 1600w from last year and you decide. [Update on 5/26/2021] So the tires do in fact go flat and the tire repair kit is useless however "Slime" isn't. You can pick it up at your local Auto Zone or O'reilly's. Don't forget to get a metal air valve stem extender (plastic ones are junk). Screw the air valve extender in, then screw the Slime canister on to the air valve extender, add air and just like that... the tires fixed yo. Ya don't even need the whole canister. Check out the photo. Click "helpful" to spread the word. [Update on 06/23/21] This scooter does have it's flaws. I'm constantly checking the air pressure and the seat I had to rig by drilling a hole for a screw to lock it in at the height that my son wanted (take a look at the photo). That's why I dropped it from 5 stars down to 4. Don't get me wrong, it was well worth the money that I paid for it back in April, however I wouldn't pay the money they're asking now. Keep an eye on those discounts and coupons, the cost of this scooter fluctuates on a weekly bases.

So I wrote an earlier review in the Evercross H5 and gave it an overall excellent review. I liked it enough, I bought 2 and added a kit to them: bluetooth speaker holder, fabric cup holder, safety flashing front and rear lights, and Roam handlebar cell phone mount.

Now, after about 50 miles on each, here’s my update:

Tires, tires, tires. These tires lack an innertube, so hard cornering can dislodge the tire and create an air leak. Really, it’s only happened on the rear tire for me on both scooters. You’ll know you’re in trouble when you feel a fishtail sensation. The recommended fix: Slime your rear tires (and your front are a good idea). Just do it when you get the scooter and make sure to spin your tire and get it coated real good. You will not regret it. There’s a bottle of tire fix that comes with the scooter, but I trust the Slime and used that instead.

Acceleration is not the quickest off the line, but man oh man does it deliver on top speed. I’m 200 pounds and can still hit 25 MPH on a straight or 28 on a slight decline. My kid is lighter and just hit 32MPH today. Obviously, the lighter you are, the faster this gets.

Seat: it can accommodate a standard bike seat post if you are so inclined, but the stock seat is very comfortable. It will move around on you, which is normal. I wish it would be more solid, but the seat is on a moveable hinge and also has suspension. When sitting, the scooter feels squirrelly at higher speeds and seems to flex around a bit... but not a deal breaker. Just something to know.

Handlebars: they adjust and lock in place good, but the stem has a but of play in it. As the entire assembly can fold down, you don’t have a solid built connection, which is kind of normal. Hitting cracks and bumps will make the handlebars rock fore and aft heavily, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Bottom line: still major fun with it’s speed, hill climb power, and features. You can even charge your cell phone off the USB port built in to the speedometer side. Great range and you get bragging rights of having one of the faster scooters on most roads.

Impressed with the quality, strength and mileage you can get with this little device. I get lots of questions in the street. Too bad it was so hard to bring to Puerto Rico, it’s a perfect eco machine for cruising. If you just use level one you’ll be days without needing to charge! You’ll enjoy your surroundings more too. Love it! I would have sold 20 already if theyd just STOP placing Puerto Rico as ‘internationalI’ (it really isn’t) and mail the box directly here from Amazon.

FYI Before riding this scooter I had a professional check it out and he’s a certified Harley Davidson mechanic and Harley owner. He’s 6’1” and was able to ride the scooter at least 34 MPH (which scared the pants off since he thought at first this was a toy and wasn’t wearing a helmet). I’m glad his perception changed once he tried an e-scooter for himself.

Third and worthy note, I bought this personally because of its ability to go the distance, has a seat and deck since I am unable to ride standing due to back injury (so to that one customer that commented here that those that use the seat are “lazy” that isn’t the case for everyone. I’d recommend this for people like myself with health issues to cruise and do errands with a device that doesn’t make you look sick and doesn’t wear you out like riding a bike (which I can no longer do with health issues).

Last but not least, touch that throttle SOFTLY this has POWER.
