The comfortable option for commuting

I will start by mentioning that customer service was on point. Many thanks to Norriana for always being very responsive to all my questions, very attentive to all details. Very helpful when it came to problem solving.
That said, i will mention my experience from the start hoping you would find it helpful.

First, the website wasn't very clear on which model exactly I was receiving. The pictures need to be updated regularly. I contacted CS and they sent me the exact model I was paying for and receiving.

Second, the payment process. I'm living in Saudi Arabia, and wanted to benefit from paying via Tamara through installments. Unfortunately they have a limit of SAR5000 when making a transaction from outside UAE.
Again I contacted CS, and we managed to find a workaround to complete the order.

Third, shipping process. The scooter was prepared for shipping and shipped in almost a few days, but we faced a big delay at the borders due to the shipping timing being in Ramadan, and they were not working in full capacity which caused the unexpected delay. Otherwise, it usually take 10-12 days to receive your shipment at your doorstep in Saudi Arabia. It was an unpleasant situation, but I cannot blame the seller for that unforeseen delay.

Fourth, the electric scooter experience. The electric scooter is very comfortable to ride. It has rear air suspension, so you won't feel the bumps on the road. It also has speakers, with the ability to pair them to your mobile if you would like to listen for music while riding. The speakers also have "Engine Sound feature", which mimics the sounds of a real engine when you accelerate so that people around you are aware of your presence. Otherwise, the scooter has no sound at all, which can be dangerous in some situations.
The scooter can be operated and locked remotely, it comes with 2 physical keys and two remote units. The speakers have a separate remote control unit including volume, song, and mode control. The battery can be detached for charging at home, or it can be charged while attached to the scooter through a dedicated port beneath the battery.
The acceleration is good, but due to the scooter being silent and the maximum speed being limited at 60km/h you can't feel the rush you get from a real motorcycle. The only thing i haven't tested yet is the range of the battery. The included battery is 12Ah, with a possible range of 30km. I did order an extra battery to increase the range and in case of emergency, but for the price i paid, I wish it came with at least a 20Ah battery for a 45km range.
The scooter is very customizable. I have personally removed both front and rear bumpers and side fiber, and you can easily apply a vinyl wrap to change the color to your taste. I also added 2 rear side bags for extra storage capacity and a more classic look.
To finalize, I think this scooter is the most comfortable among other options when it comes to daily commute. The price is not exaggerated although it could be less. I wish it came with a stronger electric motor (4000W or more) for a bit more speed, and a larger capacity battery (20Ah) for an increased range. As of the time of this review, the scooter does not need a registration or driving license given it's an electric scooter. Not recommended to go on highway roads with it.

Excellent product and excellent customer service

Have been enjoying this for a few weeks. The RAF (Norriana is a star) helped me select the right model, and shipped it assembled to Oman in no time. After i received, I accidentally switched on a speed limiter, and had no idea how to undo that. Norriana spent a week with her technical team trying to address the issue and showed the same customer care post purchase as she did pre purchase. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a bit fun while being friendly to the enviroment!!

I love everything about this scooter! It is already assembled when you get it so you can instantly use it instead of spending an hour putting it together. The color scheme is really cool since it’s many colors instead of just the usual black or white.
