Overcharging the battery more than 7 hrs / using Any Electronic when speed has gone low could lead to complete spoilage of the battery for which Rafplay would not be held responsible.

Our Limited Warranty is a manufacture defect warranty on the electronic products only and is upto 5 days of from delivery.
There are no warranties on outdoor items and items which are not electronic from the date of purchase and any repairs and services will be provided upon receipt of the car at our workshop.
Warranty does not cover any spare parts other than motor.
Any additional spare parts like batteries, Chargers, Switches etc can be purchased From RAFPLAY at minimal additional charges.

We want to ensure you are 100% happy. Once your package has arrived,. Try your items as soon as possible without damaging the box or packaging if possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 3 days from the delivered date.
