Limited Warranty Terms

Kindly make note that once the cartons are opened and assembled units are delivered, they cannot be returned except if delivered as unassembled or in a box based on customer request.
The Warranty will only cover products that Rafplay assembles. If you assemble the product on your own, then the Warranty automatically becomes void.
In case of any technical difficulties/fixing issues, kindly get in touch with our technical team on +971563470618 so we can assist you with assembling the item at minimal additional charges.
Please make sure not to tamper with any electrical connections unless you have the know-how or support to do the needful.
Overcharging the battery for more than 7 hrs / using any electronic device when the speed has gone low could lead to complete spoilage of the battery, for which Rafplay would not be held responsible.
Kindly make sure not to exceed the maximum weight mentioned on the item description on the website it is purchased from.
Our Limited Warranty is a manufacturer's defect warranty on the electronic products only and is up to 5 days from delivery.
There are no warranties on outdoor items and items which are not electronic from the date of purchase, and any repairs and services will be provided upon receipt of the car at our workshop.
Warranty does not cover any spare parts other than the motor.
Any additional spare parts like batteries, Chargers, switches, etc. can be purchased from RAFPLAY at minimal additional charges.
Transportation or pick-up charges are to be paid by the Customer for services or repairs only.
Transport Charges are not covered under Warranty.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want to ensure you are 100% happy. Once your package has arrived, try your items as soon as possible without damaging the box or packaging if possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 3 days from the delivery date.

Please note: returns are only accepted if the product packaging has not been opened, the product is damaged, or the wrong product was received. Also, once the item is assembled, please note we can't accept a return, nor can we refund.

Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.

"Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment"

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service, and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

We only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of the refund or no refund at all.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY –

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours. Once we have processed and/or shipped the order, we will not be able to give a refund. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the Customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Delivery Policy: Time and Charges

We deliver our Products to the entire UAE AND Will be starting shortly in the full GCC & OMAN

A third-party courier will do the shipping.

Delivery within the UAE shall be in 3-5 working days

Delivery to other countries will be within 20 - 30 working Days.

Delivery is free all over the UAE.

Delivery Fees outside the UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Deliveries in western and northern regions of the UAE will be charged additionally.

Note:

Our International shipments may be subject to customs duties in certain cases - taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The Customs Duty Rate, if any, will be informed by our shipping partners, and the client has to bear the charges for the same.

Our premium shipping to Oman is between 5- 10 days ( subject to customs changes)

Our Premium shipment to KSA is between 10- 21 days ( subject to changes by customs )
